Cookies Policy
Persebelle, through this document, sets out its Policy on the collection and processing of cookies, in compliance with the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE).
Use of Cookies on This Website
Cookies are stored on the user’s terminal device (computer or mobile device) and collect information when visiting the website www.persebelle.com with the purpose of improving its usability, understanding users’ browsing habits or needs in order to adapt to them, and obtaining information for statistical purposes. In the case of users who are already clients of the entity, the information collected through cookies will also be used to identify them when accessing the different tools made available by the entity for the management of services.
This Cookie Policy shall apply to users who voluntarily visit the entity’s website, complete data collection forms, access the tools made available by the entity to its clients to manage their services, or use any other service available on the website that involves the communication of data to the entity or access to data by the entity for the provision of its services.
Persebelle uses the following types of cookies:
1. OWNERSHIP
First-party cookies: cookies sent and managed directly by the entity.
Third-party cookies: cookies sent and managed by a third party unrelated to the entity, anonymously, for the purpose of carrying out statistical studies on browsing activity on the entity’s website.
2. BY PURPOSE
Technical and/or personalisation cookies: These facilitate navigation by identifying the session, allowing access to restricted tools, and customising the available options. They enable the provision of the service previously requested by the user.
Analytical and/or advertising cookies: These allow the tracking of the number of visits to the different sections of the website, users’ habits and trends, and consequently, help improve navigation and the services offered by the organisation (primarily Google Analytics). They also manage the advertising spaces included on the website visited by the user. Data is collected anonymously in order to generate user browsing profiles.
3. BY DURATION
Session cookies: collect and store data while the user accesses the website.
Persistent cookies: collect and store data on the user’s device for a variable period of time, depending on the purpose for which they have been used.
The retention period of cookies will depend on their type and will always be the minimum necessary to fulfil their purpose.
In any case, users can configure their browser to disable or block the reception of all or some cookies. Choosing not to receive these cookies does not prevent access to the information on the entity’s website/application, although the use of certain services may be limited. If consent for the reception of cookies has been granted and the user wishes to withdraw it, any cookies stored on the user’s device should be deleted using the options provided by the respective browsers.
